测定油用牡丹籽粕粗脂肪、粗纤维、粗多糖、粗蛋白、氨基酸及微量元素等营养成分的含量。结果表明:牡丹籽粕粗脂肪含量6.19%,粗纤维3%,粗多糖7.67%,粗蛋白28.12%,氨基酸总量为25.22%,氨基酸种类齐全,其中必需氨基酸含量占34.67%,非必需氨基酸含量占65.33%。微量元素铜、铁、锌、锰的含量分别为20.95、651.30、172.63、35.05μg/g。牡丹籽粕营养成分丰富,可进一步加强其资源化利用。
Abstract:The content of crude fat, crude fiber, crude polysaccharide, crude protein, amino acids and microelement from peony seed meal were determined. The results showed that the content of crude fat was 6.19 %, crude fiber was 3 %, crude polysaccharide was 7.67 %, crude protein was 28.12 %, and total amino acids was 25.22 %, which including 34.67 % essential amino acids and 65.33 % non-essential amino acids. And the microelement Cu, Fe, Zn, Mn were also determined. The contents of Cu, Fe, Zn, Mn were 20.95, 651.30, 172.63, 35.05 μg/g, respectively. The peony seed meal is rich in nutrients and can be further studied and exploited.
