基于免疫学方法的食品中金黄色葡萄球菌检测技术研究进展

摘要:

对国内外基于免疫学方法的食品中金黄色葡萄球菌检测技术,包括免疫磁珠富集、酶联反应、光学信号分析、乳胶凝集及新型传感技术等进行了综述。对比了各技术在食品检测中的优缺点,并简要介绍了当前研究热点与未来发展方向,以期为金黄色葡萄球菌快速检测方法的建立提供参考。

Abstract:

The detection technologies of Staphylococcus aureus in food based on immunological methods at home and abroad, including immunomagnetic bead enrichment, enzyme-linked reaction, optical signal analysis, latex agglutination and new sensing technologies were reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of various technologies in food detection were compared, and the current research hotspots and future development direction were briefly introduced, in order to provide reference for the establishment of rapid detection methods of Staphylococcus aureus.
